Phobetor the Komodo Dragon

or Wizeman the Wicked as a Komodo Dragon, I just felt wrong calling him by his real name when he's a mobian.
so yeah AU wizeman where he's a mobian, nothing much there.  also why i chose for him to be a Komodo Dragon is because according to THIS video www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mu7w5g… they are the world's scariest animal (plus i like dragons) and for why he has a two headed Inland Taipan (or Fierce Snake) is because it's as deadly as it is awsome.   Also you can see he only has 2 arms, I did this because it'd be a little out of place.  He doesn't have eyes on his hands  though he DOES have eye like markings on them. (those light stripes are just a fail at shine)  Also his name is Phobetor because that's the name of the greek god of nightmares
